It was time to try something new. This time was to try making a luminaria. I saw so many cute ones on blogs and internet sites. Some day when I have more time, I will try this again, but this was okay for my first attempt. I took a ton of pictures trying to capture what it looks like.
I used a Doodle Pantry image from the set Winter Wishes, printing four in a line on the white cardstock so I could fold it in four places before attaching.
I cut out stars with a Verve die so I could glue a few on the Vellum inside the luminaria.

This is gorgeous. The light shining through looks so soft and beautiful and you have used the perfect image on the outside. However over at CC&CC we are a card only challenge, so we will be unable to enter your wonderful project into the draw, we would love for you to enter card though. Keep up the great crafting, you have inspired me to give a luminaire a try :) hugs x
